Ardón Consulting LLC is a Las Vegas–based firm proudly Latino- and immigrant-founded, dedicated to connecting communities and building meaningful engagement across Nevada. The firm specializes in political campaigns, strategic communications, digital outreach, event planning, and photography. With a strong focus on community connection, Ardón Consulting works with candidates, organizations, and businesses to help them authentically engage with Nevada’s diverse electorate and growing Latino community.

Founded by Salvadoran immigrant and community organizer Jorge Ardón García, the firm brings a grassroots, boots-on-the-ground perspective to every project. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.A. in Political Science focused on Latino politics, Jorge has experience in voter outreach, coalition building, and event organizing across local and state campaigns. Through Ardón Consulting, he combines advocacy, communications, and cultural understanding to help clients build trust, mobilize communities, and create lasting impact.
